The design is laser-etched into 100% genuine leather. Pacific lists English Tan, Natural and Black leather, with the final contrast depending on the selected material.

Faux leather provides a leather-like surface with more material and color combinations than genuine leather. It works best with simple to moderate detail.

Having trouble uploading your artwork?
If you can’t upload your artwork, choose a stock image in the builder as a placeholder and enter CONTACT FOR ARTWORK in the Comments box. After you place your order, we’ll contact you by email for the artwork. You can also reply to your order confirmation and attach the artwork you’d like us to use.
How to Build Your Hat
Choose Your Hat: Select the cap or hat style you want, then click DESIGN WITH.
Select "DESIGN WITH": This opens the customizer and loads the hat you selected.
Customize Your Hat: Add your decoration, colors, and artwork, and review the live preview.
Choose Sizes & Quantities: Set your quantity and sizes, then add the hat to your cart.
Review & Place Your Order: Check the details in your cart and complete checkout. We’ll email your proof in 2–3 business days.

How long does production take?
The current production time is shown in the builder when you select your decoration.
What is the minimum order?
Flat and 3D embroidery require 12 hats. Genuine and faux leather patches require 24 hats. Quote-only methods can have different minimums.
Can I upload my own logo?
Yes. Upload your artwork in the FreeStyle builder. If the file will not upload or you need help preparing it, contact us.
Which method works best for detailed artwork?
Flat or 3D embroidery works best with clear, bold artwork. For fine detail, small type, gradients or photo-style artwork, ask about woven patches, DTF, FlexStyle® or sublimated patches.
What if I do not know which decoration to choose?
Send us your logo. We will review the detail, colors and the look you want before recommending a method.
Can I order a method that is not shown in the builder?
Yes. Use the custom quote request for additional Pacific decoration methods. Availability depends on the cap style, artwork and order quantity.
