Production begins after final proof approval. The current production time is shown in the builder for the decoration you select.
If you can’t upload your artwork, choose a stock image in the builder as a placeholder and enter CONTACT FOR ARTWORK in the Comments box. After you place your order, we’ll contact you by email for the artwork. You can also reply to your order confirmation and attach the artwork you’d like us to use.

Thread is stitched directly into the cap for the familiar embroidered look. Front, back and side placement may be available depending on the cap style and artwork.

Raised embroidery adds height and dimension to selected parts of a design. Thin lines and fine detail are not a good fit for this technique.

The design is laser-etched into 100% genuine leather. Pacific lists English Tan, Natural and Black leather, with the final contrast depending on the selected material.

Faux leather provides a leather-like surface with more material and color combinations than genuine leather. It works best with simple to moderate detail.

Heat-applied printing for complex, multicolor, gradient or photo-style artwork.
Traditional embroidery thread on twill for bold shapes and a textured patch look.
A flatter, smoother patch for fine detail, clean lines and smaller type.
Digitally printed detail for multiple colors, gradients and photo-realistic artwork.
A matte, dimensional patch option for simple to moderately detailed designs.
Heat-applied decoration for high detail, thin lines, small type and metallic elements.
A raised embroidered patch for bold, simple-to-moderate artwork.
Add a side or back clip tag, or an interior woven label on eligible styles.
