S-200 Description

New to Nokona this Youth performance series is made with our top-of-the-line leathers Stampede™ and Buffalo for ideal structure weight and very easy break-in. The combination of these two proprietary Nokona leathers makes these gloves ready for play right off the shelf without any need for steaming. The Alpha Select Youth™ series is offered in three versions for the most serious travel ball players: the S-100 for up to 10U; the S-200 and S-300 for up to 14U.

Materials:

Buffalo leather is highly regarded for its unique appearance and hardy nature. It is also renowned for its flexibility while retaining its shape and fit. The history of the buffalo and its status as an American icon make this leather an American original. Buffalo is drum dyed and then put through a gentle massaging process before being dry-milled. This accentuates its soft supple hand.

 A new-generation full grain full oil performance Steerhide. Developed from Nokona’s signature Buckskin our new Stampede™ leather is aggressively tumbled to tame the surface. This provides a true performance leather for the most serious ballers who are looking for a glove that is ready for play.

What is the Break-In Rating?  It will tell you how much break-in is done at the factory level and how much break-in you will do on your own.  The Break-In Rating is not an indication of quality - it is just your personal preference.
