What to Expect When you Order
1.) Artwork & Proof
Once your order is placed our team reviews your artwork and sends it to Pacific Headwear’s embroidery department for setup. You’ll receive a digital proof within 2–3 business days showing your logo placement, thread colors, and 3D stitching layout.
2.) Production Timeline
After you approve your proof your order moves to be scheduled for embroidery production. The standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from final art approval.
3.) Minimums
- Minimum: 12 hats per design.
4.) Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship directly from Pacific Headwear’s warehouse. Transit time averages 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as the order leaves the facility.
