    Flat embroidery is a smooth, precision stitch technique where your logo or design is sewn directly onto the hat’s surface without raised stitching. It creates a clean, detailed look ideal for crisp text, intricate graphics, and professional branding.

3D Embroidery Front (+$2.25)

     Ideal for simple logos and designs with clear, bold lines. 3D embroidery uses foam under the stitching to raise the design off the hat’s surface, creating a bold, three-dimensional look. It’s perfect for logos or lettering that need to stand out with depth and texture.

What to Expect When you Order

1.) Artwork & Proof

   Once your order is placed our team reviews your artwork and sends it to Pacific Headwear’s embroidery department for setup. You’ll receive a digital proof within 2–3 business days showing your logo placement, thread colors, and stitching layout.

2.) Production Timeline

     After you approve your proof your order moves to be scheduled for embroidery production. The standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from final art approval.

3.) Minimums

• Minimum: 12 hats per design.

4.) Shipping & Delivery

   Orders ship directly from Pacific Headwear’s warehouse. Transit time averages 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as the order leaves the facility.
