     The Richardson 256P combines camo patterns with Richardson’s classic rope-hat design featuring a mid-profile crown and a 3 mm rope across the visor. It’s made for embroidery and works great for custom logos or outdoor brands that want a clean professional look. Orders include a proof within 3–5 business days and ship about three weeks after final art approval.

What to Expect When You Order

    We work directly with Richardson’s decoration so every piece meets their factory standards. That means consistent stitching, accurate colors, and caps that look as good in person as they do in your mockup.

1.) Artwork & Proofing

     Once your order is placed you’ll get a confirmation email (check junk folder). We’ll send your design to the art department for a digital proof. Proofs are normally emailed within 3–5 business days.

2.) Production Timeline

     After you approve your artwork the order goes to scheduling for production. Standard lead time is 3 weeks from final art approval. Every hat is stitched to order, directly through Richardson’s factory program, so quality is consistent and clean.

3.) Minimum's & Mixing Colors

• Minimum: 48 hats per design (same logo).
• You can mix colors or sizes within that design to hit the 48-piece minimum, as long as the logo stays the same. List colors in section labeled "Thread Colors"

4.) Shipping & Delivery

     Orders ship directly from Richardson’s warehouse to you. Transit time depends on location but averages 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking info emailed the moment it leaves the facility.
