- Fast delivery: Ships 3-4 weeks after final art approval.
- Team-ready minimum: 18 hats. Team orders only.
- Decoration flexibility: front can be 3D or flat. Side, back, and bill placements use standard embroidery.
- Color paths: standard and specialty options shown below.

Step-by-step: how to build your Custom Ultra hat
Use the steps below like a checklist. If you follow them in order, your build stays clean and easy to approve.
Crown
- Select color for A. Panels
- Select color for B. Eyelets
- Select color for C. Button
- Select color for D. Crown stitching
Piping
- Select single or double piping.
- Choose the piping color(s) and number of seams.
- Select one color per two seams.
- Note: back seam can be different on 5 or 6 seam builds.
Bill
- Select bill type:
- A. U-Form bill
- B. Sandwich bill
- If you choose Sandwich Bill, select:
- A. Top panel
- B. Stitches
- C. Insert
Decoration (Embroidery placements)
Front can be 3D or flat. Side, back, and bill placements use standard embroidery. If you add a third logo position, it can carry an additional charge.
